⭐️ Meet our Floatist frontend star: Bahaa! Bahaa lives in Alexandria in Egypt, and has over 5 years of web development experience. He is very passionate about the Javascript ecosystem and he enjoys tackling large scale engineering problems.

On the weekends he enjoys exploring the outdoors and going hiking in the mountains with friends and family. If he is not hiking you can find him in the swimming pool where he loves to get his laps in on a Saturday morning!

Why do you like working at floatist?

I think the greatest part about Floatist is the team. I'm glad I have great colleagues that I can learn from and count on. Even though we all work remote, we are in close contact throughout the day using video calls and regular team meetings, which makes it fun.

How has working at Floatist impacted you and your development skills?

Working for a young startup definitely comes with a lot of stressful moments. But it's all worth it in the end because I learned a lot and leveled up my skills quite significantly already since I started just a few months ago.

What do you think of the working remote structure within Floatist?

I like it a lot. It gives me the flexibility to work from anywhere, and divide my time how I see fit.
